(in English): The aim of my work is to analyze the backgrounds of the origins of the rural movement Sämaŭl (in english best known as New Village Movement). The work also aims to describe and evaluate the Sämaŭl movement. Its origins can be traced back to the 1970s, when it was presented as a rural modernization movement to help villages achieve the same standard of living as cities. The movement was hierarchically organized and achieved successful results by forcing the population to have the same group awareness or "mindset" through extensive education within the movement and Sämaŭl symbols, and ultimately to effectively spread this political ideology of modernization throughout the country
